Welcome to the Saint Vincent Gristmill
The Saint Vincent Archabbey Gristmill, built by the Benedictine monks has been in continuous operation since 1854.
It has endured for many years to serve as a symbol of Western Pennsylvania’s agricultural heritage and of the vision of Saint Vincent founder Boniface Wimmer. We sell flour and bread, jam and many other products at the gristmill store.
The Gristmill is open Monday to Saturday at 9 am to 4 pm. We are located on Beatty County Road, Latrobe, to the north of the Saint Vincent College campus. Our mailing address is that of the College, which can be confusing. But if you type our GPS coordinates into your mobile device, you should have no problems finding us: 40.295448, -79.402506.
