The Saint Vincent Gristmill is located on Beatty County Road, Latrobe, to the north of the Saint Vincent Archabbey, College, Parish and Seminary campus. The mill’s mailing address is that of the Archabbey, which can be confusing. The GPS coordinates are: 40.295448, -79.402506. See map below.

A complete history of the Gristmill can be found in this book, The Saint Vincent Archabbey Gristmill and Brewery, 1854-2000, sold at the store.

The Saint Vincent Archabbey Gristmill, built by the Benedictine monks has been in continuous operation since 1854. It has endured for many years to serve as a symbol of Western Pennsylvania’s agricultural heritage and of the vision of Saint Vincent founder Boniface Wimmer.

A general store sells flour and bread, jelly and many other products. For information please call 724.537.0304.
